Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way).
. Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
. Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Ces illustrations sont pour un usage PERSONNEL, si vous voulez en utiliser à des fins commerciales vous devez m'en informer au préalable et le prix fixé sera différent.
Je conserve mes droits inaliénables sur les illustrations en tant qu'illustratrice qui sont les suivants :. M'en servir pour ma promotion sur n'importe quel site.
. Les ajouter à mon portfolio.
. Les poster où je le veux (twitter, insta, site web etc.).Le commissionneur peut :. Utiliser les illustrations à usage PERSONNEL à moins que nous ayons convenu au préalable d'un usage commercial.
. Imprimer cette création pour un usage personnel
. Reposter l'illustration créée avec mention de mon nom d'artiste : Pokabulrai.Si une de ces conditions n'est pas respectée vos droits peuvent être révoqués.Les actes suivants sont considérés comme un non respect de mes droits :. Reproduire ou utiliser la création pour gagner de l'argent avec.
. S'approprier l'oeuvre et dire qu'on en est le créateur.
. Suppression de ma signature.
. Altérer publiquement ladite création sans mon consentement.
Process / Mon fonctionnement
EN :
1. I talk with you about what you want and ask you few questions to precise your ideas for the creation.
2. I send you a brief summar about what you're asking for.
3. Once we agreed I do the sketch of the drawing and ask your approval about it.
4. Then I ask for the full payment by paypal.
5. Once I have the payment i'll do the drawing (turnaround time may vary if I other commissions or work to take care before but in general it's about days or week).
PS : If your drawing is a little late due to my schedule or things I could'nt anticipate I will inform you about it, be assured.
6. I send you the creation done in better quality, .png. (psd for the live2d commissions)PS : Edits are possible but there's a limit, even more if it's after the sketch approval

1. Je discute avec vous et vous pose quelques questions afin d'avoir une idée plus précise de votre demande.
2. Je vous envoie un petit résumé de la demande.
3. Une fois que ce résumé est approuvé je réalise le sketch et vous demande l'approbation sur ledit sketch (sketch = brouillon).
4. Je demande le paiement complet via paypal ou par virement.
5. Une fois le paiement reçu je m'occupe de finaliser la/les création(s) (le temps de création peut varier selon mon emploi du temps/les travaux parallèles que j'aurai à réaliser néanmoins le temps moyen est de quelques jours à quelques semaines).
PS : Si il y a un quelconque retard par rapport à la date estimée pour une raison X ou Y je vous en avertirai
6. Une fois la création finalisée je vous enverrai la création en qualité max en .png. (en psd pour les demandes live2d)PS : les retouches sont possibles dans la limite du raisonnable, et il est conseillé de les demander durant la phase d'approbation du brouillon
